Board of Directors
Charles S. Mombo – is president and chairman of the board of directors of wwClick.com, Inc. Originally from Monrovia, Liberia, Charles have called Chicago home for the past 25 years. Prior to the founding of Burnedbrass Technologies, Inc. and wwClick.com, Inc., Charles worked at Böwe Bell & Howell as a Software Quality Engineer for six and the half years. Before joining Böwe Bell & Howell, he worked with Computer Associates, Inc. for seven years as a Technical Support Analyst with the ACF2/MVS mainframe security product line.
He has taught as an Adjunct Professor teaching Computer Science and Business classes at Malcolm X and Harold Washington Colleges in Chicago.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Chicago State University, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MSMIS), and a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Governors State University, University Park, Illinois.
Kayode Jowosimi – holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information System from DePaul University in Chicago. A Nigerian of African American descendant., Mr. Jowosimi moved to the United State of America over ten years ago. He also holds a Bachelor degree in Information System from his home country.
He worked for a little over three years in Nigeria's oil industry before relocating to the USA. He has worked for several companies in various capacities, including: Motorola, DePaul University, Chicago State University, Youth Connection Charter School, Adjunct faculty at Malcolm X College. He currently is a full time faculty member at Malcolm X College; teaching computer courses. Mr. Jowosimi is a strong team player who enjoys collaborating to get the best result. His strength are in quantitative and interpersonal intelligence. He love teaching with passion and has been acting as an educator in one form or the other from day one. He love children and is the proud father of two boys and a girl. In the near future, he would like to explore other avenues in which technology can be used in teaching, and delivering learning to the future generations.
Freddie B. Kato – holds a Master of Science degree in computer science from Governors State University and has over twenty years of development experience in corporate America. His experience consists of systems development and project management on both mainframe and mini platforms. With such corporate associations as Sears, Discover Card, Sprint, and Lucent Technologies, his principal system areas included user interfaces for customer service systems and high volume transaction processing systems that execute over one hundred transactions per second. In addition to his corporate experience Mr. Kato has over eight years of teaching computer courses at Malcolm X College. His course instruction covers programming languages, the Internet and Web, and computer applications. Mr. Kato is a Ph.D. candidate at NOVA Southeastern University and has had published work at the International Conference on System Research, Informatics & Cybernetics sponsored by The International Institute for Advanced Studies in Systems Research and Cybernetics (IIAS).
A.C. McLean – born, raised and educated (City & Guilds, Electrical Engineering) in London, England, A.C. McLean has worked in the capacity of magazine editor and journalist (Savoir Faire, Rush Street Media, Reggae Trade), his interviews have included: Isaac Hayes, Steadman Graham, Barbara Bates, B. Smith, Keely Smith (Louis Prima), ABC7’s Sylvia Perez and Chicago Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr., (27th Ward) to name a few. He was also the marketing director/manager for the publications: ShopTalk Magazine (1995-1998), Visions in Black (1995-1998), & Savoir Faire.
A.C. is CEO of ACM PR, a boutique public relations company comprising all aspects of the PR process from targeted media lists to creating and distributing materials quickly and efficiently. With over fourteen year’s industry experience, he is able to bring an objective, independent yet positive point of view to help clients achieve their communications goals.
Henry Velarde – was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, a product of immigrant parents from Mexico. Henry attended both public and Catholic schools in the City of Chicago and graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville,Il. with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Velarde also holds a Masters degree in International Business with a specialization in marketing, and a Masters degree in Education with a specialization with students having special needs.
Mr. Velarde has been employed by Jewel Companies Incorporated in the areas of operations and administration, Borg Warner as accounting manager, and McDonalds Corporation in the field of operations and training and development. Recently, Henry has taught business and education courses for City Colleges of Chicago and has been an adjunct faculty member since 1987 at Roosevelt’s Walter E.Heller College of Business Administration.
