  • In any manner that mischaracterizes the relationship between you and wwClick.com, Inc., including but not limited to any use of the Logo that might be reasonably construed as an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or certification by wwClick.com, Inc. of you, Your Website, or your products or services, or that might be reasonably construed as support or encouragement to purchase or utilize your products or services.

• wwClick.com, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the Logo is being used in violation of this policy and to revoke your right to use the Logo.

• You understand that wwClick.com, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Logo.
